Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may expect to receive refund within four weeks. This allows for the transit time while we receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return after we receive it.

Refunds do not include original shipping cost. For any damaged or incorrect item we will bear the return shipping costs.

You will be notified through the e-mail you have provided on your original order as soon your refund is processed.


To start a return, you can contact us at sevenzings@gmail.com. We’ll pay for return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
